POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experience, and build high-performing teams. You will own business performance, visual presentation, inventory control, and daily operations while upholding POP MART's premium brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, a track record of achieving KPIs, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to use business metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales, Units Per Transaction, Average Transaction Value, Payroll productivity, and Inventory accuracy.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience with engaging, welcoming shopping experiences and product recommendations.
• Maintain daily store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
