The role requires 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for collectibles. The position reports to the District/Area Manager and offers opportunities for career growth within POP MART.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven success in managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-first culture reflecting POP MART's values.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations to grow future leaders.
• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Lead execution of product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain scheduling, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control, shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Oversee visual merchandising strategies and brand executions to support business objectives.
