Qualifications

• High School required; some college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 18 years old or older.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail, with 2+ years in a store manager role.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain a full store team and hold individuals accountable.
• Ability to foster team commitment and an inclusive working environment.
• Ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Models Brand culture and ensures associate commitment to policies and procedures.
• Recruits, hires, retains and develops talent with succession planning.
• Partners with Design and Merchandising through PLC for seasonal looks.
• Leads merchandising to support healthy turnover and gross margin.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety.
• Coaches selling behaviors aligned to Brand expectations.
• Supports store events and philanthropic initiatives.
• Analyzes reports to identify opportunities and improves customer experience.
• Leads visual merchandising updates per Brand guidelines.
• Articulates Brand positioning and educates on product knowledge.
• Manages controllable expenses via scheduling and financial discipline.
