The role involves scheduling, staff coaching, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory management across multiple brand locations, with a focus on compliance and high performance. Strong communication and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills required.
• Ability to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure floor coverage within fiscal guidelines and reviews payroll docs.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, or services for customers.
• Models sales expectations and uses product knowledge to assist customers with merchandise.
• Maintains a visually appealing store through housekeeping, merchandising, and organization.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising to keep the store well-presented.
• Monitors sales activities and performance, providing coaching to drive results.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling according to policy.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Ensures store operations run safely and efficiently and complies with procedures.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, and development of store associates and communicates KPI insights.
