Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff.
• Regular attendance is essential with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs; partners with Store Manager to execute in-store strategies.
• Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding team and self accountable for brand and behavior standards.
• Controls payroll and supply budget.
• Performs scheduling, audits, inventory, opening/closing duties, payroll accuracy, and merchandise flow processes.
• Handles cash, price changes, and register transactions per policy.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; conducts associate training.
• Manages inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Maintains visual presentation and facility maintenance representative of the Brand.
• Develops a high-performance culture and motivates sales team.
• Trains and coaches on product knowledge and selling on line and in store.
• Supports locate fulfillment and selling.
