Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail; 2 years as Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce brand culture, policies and procedures; hold Associates accountable.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain store staff; maintain succession planning.
• Lead merchandising and visual presentation per Brand guidelines.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and store expenses to maximize performance.
