Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in retail, with store manager experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a strong store team and manage performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service mindset; adheres to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and development of store staff to ensure optimal coverage and succession planning.
• Model and enforce brand culture, policies, and procedures; ensure customer experience excellence.
• Direct merchandising and visual presentation to maintain brand standards and healthy gross margin.
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll to manage controllable expenses and peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and asset protection policies.
