Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or better effective leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop a store team and succession planning.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation throughout all store activities.
• Experience forecasting, scheduling, and controlling payroll to maximize store performance.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce brand culture, policies, and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; create internal bench strength.
• Lead visual merchandising updates and product placement per Brand guidelines.
• Analyze reports and act on opportunities to improve customer experience and sales.
• Manage controllable expenses through scheduling and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and applicable laws.
