Qualifications

• 3+ years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Travel to stores throughout the district.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly schedules to ensure floor coverage and payroll accuracy.
• Promote customer service by greeting and assisting customers; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Supervise associates in sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling.
• Model sales techniques and assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain a visually appealing store with proper housekeeping and merchandising.
• Train associates on visual merchandising techniques.
• Monitor sales activities and provide coaching to achieve targets.
• Perform cash handling, price changes, and merchandise processing in line with policy.
• Oversee inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Manage general store operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in recruiting and developing store staff; communicate KPIs and provide feedback.
