Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager to oversee staff and daily store operations, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver an engaging, consultative in-store experience. You will drive sales, coach a dynamic team, and uphold Casper’s brand standards across the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in people leadership within retail or service sectors, strong financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience as a people leader in Retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.
• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Deep and demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building consensus via influence.
• Willing to relocate for growth opportunities.
• Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends, based on business needs; may be in store alone at times.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Benchmark Casper's offline experience by nurturing a customer-centric and consultative sales culture.
• Lead by example and invest in team development through coaching and feedback.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class service-minded team.
• Maintain visual brand standards and ensure safe working conditions and facilities maintenance.
• Lead training initiatives and supervise ongoing learning across the team.
