Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, while driving data-driven decisions to improve the customer journey and brand performance across the store. The role requires strong leadership, a retail mindset, and a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a people leader in retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of developing top talent and adapting to change.
• Financial management experience including payroll budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Deep understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Willing to relocate for growth opportunities and comfortable with a 40+ hour work week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales plans and drive Casper’s market penetration in the store’s area.
• Oversee store P&L and manage payroll and operating expenses to hit EBITDA targets.
• Oversee inventory movement to minimize costs and improve store productivity.
• Develop and implement business plans, marketing opportunities, and clienteling strategies.
