Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Manager to lead a market and drive sales in a customer-centric environment. You’ll coach a high-performing team, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and own local business strategies.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on store management, analytics, and relationships with retail partners. The role requires weekend availability and physical activity to handle store operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience as a people leader in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership with ability to attract, develop and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales plans and increase Casper’s market penetration.
• Oversee Store P&L and manage payroll and operating expenses.
• Oversee inventory movement to minimize costs and improve productivity.
• Create quarterly/annual business plans and collaborate with leadership.
