Qualifications

• Retail team requires lifting up to 30 pounds and ladder work as part of the role.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPI metrics including conversion and client data capture.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks clearly, and develop short- and long-term strategies.
• Train and coach team through roleplay, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Network for talent, ensure bench strength, and manage daily store operations.
