TUMI is seeking a Store Manager in Columbus, OH to lead the client experience in our luxury retail environment. You will build strong client relationships, drive sales, and uphold brand standards with an entrepreneurial spirit.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional service, a track record of meeting KPIs, and the ability to mentor a team while managing store operations, scheduling, and inventory with integrity.

Qualifications

• Client service excellence and relationship-building within luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Leadership experience including coaching and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets including conversion, average ticket, and client data capture.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and develop short and long-term store strategies.
• Train and develop team members; provide ongoing coaching and feedback; ensure a strong bench for management roles.
• Communicate effectively, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with corporate partners.
• Oversee store operations: scheduling, payroll, inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance.
