Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role begins with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear path to General Manager. Panda’s development culture, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits support your career growth and long-term success within our nationwide family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path.
• Provide 12+ weeks of store leadership training; eligible for promotion to General Manager after graduation.
