Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single store, driving financial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates while advancing through Panda's leadership development path toward future General Manager roles.

We offer 12+ weeks of leadership training, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to GM certification (GO100) after training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified; ADA considerations for accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare for future General Manager opportunities through Panda leadership development and training.
