Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team to run a single location. You will hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes leadership training and a path toward General Manager through Panda's development program. Starting with 12+ weeks of leadership training, you will progress through evaluations and a GM certification course, with promotion opportunities upon successful

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the Store Management Leadership Training and progress along Panda's General Manager development path.
• Uphold Panda's standards, culture, and leadership expectations across all store activities.
