Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the development of our family of associates, offering paid store leadership training and mentorship to prepare you for a future General Manager role.

The role includes managing a single store, hiring and directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training is provided and a GM pathway is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and supervise staff.
• Drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead training and development through Panda's leadership pathway and GM track.
