Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, manage and direct associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. After 12+ weeks of training and successful evaluations, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager, with ongoing leadership development and education

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the General Manager development path and leadership training to prepare for future GM promotion.
