Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

The role includes a rigorous 12+ week leadership training program and a GM certification path for future promotion. We offer paid leadership training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a 401K with company match, paid time off, and meal

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Open/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead and participate in a 12+ week leadership training program and GM development path.
• Support promotion to General Manager after training and certifications.
