Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The external path starts you as Store Manager within our General Manager development track, with extensive leadership training. After 12+ weeks of training and successful GO100 completion, you become eligible for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Aim to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the store's success.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of the General Manager development path.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification (GO100) for promotion to GM.
