Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, driving guest experiences and financial performance. The role includes hands-on leadership training and mentorship as part of our internal development path toward General Manager.

You will manage staff, ensure food safety, and deliver consistent operations while benefiting from a comprehensive training program, employee meals, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Direct daily activities and scheduling to ensure efficient store performance.
• Participate in leadership training and the GM development path for future promotion.
