Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. A 12+ week leadership training program and GM certification progression prepare you for future growth within Panda’s operations and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required for consideration.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification required for food safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain Panda standards across all store activities.
• Participate in a leadership development path preparing for future General Manager roles with training and Go100 certification.
