Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will begin as a Store Manager as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification progression after training and evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of a single store, directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in leadership training path toward General Manager (GM) certification.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development to ensure store success.
