Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Ability to hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward General Manager development path.
