Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, staff development, and guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to reach financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

New hires join a structured leadership training program and, after successful completion and evaluations, may advance toward the General Manager position within Panda's development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee single-store operations and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching and supervision as part of Panda's leadership pathway.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and progression toward General Manager role.
