Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Canby, Oregon. You will oversee daily operations, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a structured leadership training program with mentorship and a path toward General Manager, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing development opportunities within Panda's culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays; driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership development as part of the GM pathway.
• Complete store leadership training program and evaluations.
