Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. We provide 12 or more weeks of store leadership training; after training and GO100 graduation, you will be eligible for

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
Lead and develop staff through continuous coaching and training to ensure store success.
Drive key metrics and ensure adherence to Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
