Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you run a single Panda Express location, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll begin with leadership training and mentor support from our Panda community during a 12+ week program. After training and evaluations, you can progress toward General Manager through our GO100 certification, with ongoing development and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial and guest experience goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and brand standards.
• Lead training and development through the leadership program.
