Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with Panda's service standards.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. The training includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, evaluations, and a GM certification course (GO100), after which you

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path and will be prepared for future GM roles.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training; after training and GM certification (GO100), promotion to General Manager may be possible.
