Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and a drive to grow within the company.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store and employees.
• Support financial performance to improve profitability.
• Manage inventory from suppliers and maintain stock levels.
• Follow cash management procedures.
• Maintain security of merchandise and cash.
• Ensure a safe store environment and report incidents.
• Staff the store to meet business demands; train and supervise regularly.
• Enforce company policies and procedures as detailed in manuals.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Keep store clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.
