Job summary

Par Mar Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-notch guest service. You will guide staff, enforce policies, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires retail leadership with excellent communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and personnel to meet goals and quality service.
• Support financial performance and manage controllable expenses.
• Oversee inventory, cash controls, security, and safety procedures.
• Schedule staff to cover business needs (40–48 hours for managers).
• Train and supervise staff; coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
