Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, 1+ year.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store and employees.
• Support financial performance to aid profitability.
• Manage inventory from suppliers and keep stock properly.
• Follow cash management procedures.
• Maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store conditions are safe and incidents reported.
• Staff the store, train and supervise staff; coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant environment for customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
