Job summary

Par Mar Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in Ohio, surpassing goals while delivering exceptional guest service. You will guide employees, manage inventory, and protect cash and merchandise while ensuring compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to use store computer applications.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to respond 24/7.
• Hourly managers: 40–45 hours/week; Salaried managers: 48 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store and employees.
• Support financial performance to help profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings stocked.
• Follow all cash management procedures.
• Maintain security measures for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store conditions are safe and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store to cover business demands; train and supervise regularly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant environment and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports in a timely manner.
