The Manager serves as the primary point of responsibility, guiding employees and maximizing profitability by managing expenses and ensuring brand standards and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inventory, staffing, policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance to help profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings stocked.
• Follow all cash management procedures.
• Maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store safety and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store and supervise, consulting with district supervisors and HR.
• Ensure policy compliance across the team.
• Provide a pleasant environment and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe store for customers and employees.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports on time.
