Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving store performance.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers and staff.
• Customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to follow company policies and use store computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance and store profitability.
• Manage inventory from suppliers and maintain stock levels.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure security.
• Maintain safe store conditions and document incidents.
• Staff the store, train and supervise employees, coordinate with District Supervisors.
