Job summary

Par Mar Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store operation, exceed goals, and deliver quality customer service. You will guide employees, manage inventories, and ensure brand standards while controlling expenses and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, security, safety, and reporting. The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong leadership, and availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year retail experience.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid state driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Prior knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.
• Ability to use store computer applications.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to respond 24/7.
• Work schedule for hourly managers 40-45 hours per week; salaried managers 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of leadership to the store and the employees.
• Support organizational financial performance to help store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings properly stocked.
• Follow all cash management procedures.
• Maintain proper security measures for protection of all merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store conditions are always safe and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train and supervise, and consult with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant environment for customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports in a timely manner.
