Job summary

Par Mar Stores in Pennsylvania is seeking a Store Manager for Par Mar Store #56 to oversee the entire store’s operation, exceed goals, and deliver quality guest service daily. You will lead the team, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while ensuring compliance and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in retail management. You will train staff, schedule shifts, monitor safety, and report performance to the district supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Familiarity with store computer systems and POS software.
• Commitment to customer service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store employees and maintain a high level of guest service.
• Support financial performance and help maximize store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and ensure proper stocking.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain store security.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and document incidents promptly.
• Staff and supervise scheduling; coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
