Responsibilities

• Provide high level leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance and store profitability.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stocking from all suppliers.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Maintain store safety and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train and supervise employees, and liaise with District Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Maintain clean, safe conditions and complete reports on schedule.
