You will coach, mentor, and develop staff, negotiate pawn and sales terms with customers, and ensure outstanding service. You will analyze profitability, schedule staff, control pricing/markdowns, and maintain security and store standards while ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a retail setting.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Highly organized with time-management and prioritization.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to assist Team Members in achieving performance.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure targets are met.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Market and display merchandise; maintain a safe and clean store.
• Comply with all legal requirements; enforce policies.
• Maintain operations by coordinating program and personnel policies.
