Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to explain benefits of various solutions to customers.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pawn industry knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities
