Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance requested.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates.
• Negotiate pawn and sales transactions with customers.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and take action.
• Schedule and assign team members; monitor performance.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Maintain secure, clean, and safe store environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and store policies.
