Qualifications

• 1+ years in a management role preferred.

• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor performance.
• Analyze reports and profitability; provide action plans.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; manage store operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Uphold safety, security, and legal compliance; follow policies.
