EZCORP is seeking a Team Leader in Abilene, TX to manage a 3- to 10+ person Sales Associate team, drive outstanding customer service, and build lasting relationships with customers. You will negotiate pawn and sales transactions and guide the team toward career growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to offer and describe various solutions to the customer.
• Strategic and tactical management skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Background of accountability for meeting targets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing reports and profitability statements and providing recommendations and action plans.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training Team Members while monitoring and appraising their job results.
• Providing ongoing coaching and development to assist Team Members in achieving performance and career goals.
• Ensuring store operational requirements are met by scheduling and assigning Team Members and following up on their work results.
• Ensuring pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Marketing and displaying merchandise to meet store standards while keeping a safe, clean environment.
• Complying with all legal requirements.
• Maintaining operations by implementing policies and procedures.
