Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to negotiate customer agreements and provide outstanding service.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide action plans.
• Schedule and supervise Team Members and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure pricing, markdowns, and store standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and a positive customer experience.
