EZCORP, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 5–15 Sales Associates at an EZPAWN/Value Pawn store in Fort Worth. You will drive sales, oversee loans and pawn transactions, and ensure exceptional customer service while developing team members.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to manage operations and meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• 1+ years experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, coaching, and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Negotiate pawn and sales transactions with customers.
• Drive revenue and control costs to meet budgeted operating margins.
• Oversee staffing and onboarding, ensuring team training per Company guidelines.
• Conduct 1:1s and manage daily store operations.
