Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. in Miami Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 3–10+ person sales team. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and negotiate mutually beneficial pawn and sales agreements.

The role offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll analyze profitability, recruit and train teammates, manage pricing and markdowns, and maintain a safe, compliant store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements to drive action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members and monitor performance.
• Schedule and assign Team Members and ensure store operations.
• Manage pricing and timely markdowns following guidelines.
• Secure merchandise with security systems and maintain a safe store environment.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards and protect staff and customers.
• Comply with all legal requirements and company policies.
