Lids Sports Group in San Marcos, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, mentor a team of sales associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards.

In this role, you will help oversee store performance, ensure proper merchandising, and coordinate with management to meet goals while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment for teammates and customers alike.

• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong customer-service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Experience achieving sales KPIs and driving store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead staff through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Schedule and staff the store; recruit and train personnel.
• Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally; promote membership programs.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness per guidelines.
• Oversee store operations, POS systems, and inventory processes.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
