Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and coach a high-energy team. You will oversee hiring, training, and employee development while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory integrity, and store presentations, while collaborating with district leadership to meet business objectives. This role emphasizes a dynamic retail environment and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store hiring strategy and onboarding to acclimate new team members.
• Develop and execute in-store selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Direct scheduling, payroll compliance, and operations to align with policy and budget.
• Manage product strategy, merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store facilities, VM, and equipment are maintained and functional.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote Lids membership programs.
