Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Midland, TX to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance actions while maintaining LIDS standards and policies.

The role emphasizes team leadership, store operations, and inventory control to deliver a positive shopping experience for fans and customers across our licensed headwear and apparel offerings.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling loss.
• Clear, professional verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead staff through scheduling, training, and follow-up.
• Enforce company policies and stock security.
• Hire and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Support customer service and achieve KPIs.
